Madonna University has partnered with Rave Mobile Safety to deliver emergency alert messages to you via email, text message, or voice call. When you register for the Emergency Alert System, you will be provided the opportunity to select your preferred method(s) of receiving the alert.
Rave does not charge you to receive text messages. Standard or other messaging charges may apply depending upon your wireless carrier plan. Once registered you can opt out of text messages at any time by texting STOP to 67283 or 226787.
Madonna University promotes a safe and secure environment in which all community members can live, learn, and work. Safety is achieved through the cooperative efforts of all students, faculty, staff, and other community members.
The Madonna University Parking Policies and Traffic Regulations have been designed to facilitate the safe and orderly flow of traffic, to provide maximum use of parking lots, to permit access for emergency vehicles and to promote pedestrian, cyclist, and vehicular safety.

Silent Witness is a program to allow for the anonymous submission of suspected criminal or suspicious activity that occurs on campus. Submitted information will be reviewed by our investigative staff and appropriate action will be taken as warranted. If you see crime or suspicious activity occurring on campus and you would like to report it, please fill out the form below.

What are Timely Warnings? In compliance with the “Timely Warning” provisions of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act (The Clery Act), Madonna University issues timely warnings to the entire campus community when there is information that a Clery Act Crime has occurred on or near the University that is considered by the institution to represent a serious or continuing threat to the campus community.
The Director of Campus Safety or designee, in consultation with University senior leadership, makes the decision whether to issue a timely warning on a case-by-case basis in light of all the facts surrounding the incident. Timely warnings are issued as soon as possible after the Department of Campus Safety is notified however, the release of the warning is subject to the availability of accurate facts concerning the incident.

Timely warnings are issued to the University community through one or more electronic communications, including, but not limited to: university e-mail, the University website, and the Department of Campus Safety’s mass notification system Rave Alert.

Throughout Madonna University you will find Life Safety Equipment and Information. Safety Information Maps are posted within the University buildings (near intersecting hallways). These maps show the locations of Fire Pull Stations, which when activated, sound an alarm in the event of a Fire Emergency. The locations of Fire Extinguishers as well as Automated External Defibrillators (AED's) are listed on these maps. Additionally, the locations of Emergency Exits and Severe Weather Shelter areas are listed on the maps. It is important to know the location(s) of your closest safety equipment, emergency exits and shelter areas prior to an emergency.

MUBIT is a multidisciplinary team that meets regularly to serve five major functions for the university:
The overall goal of the Behavior Intervention Plan is to promote a safe environment for all students and staff focused on student learning and student development. By encouraging all members of the campus community to report behaviors that are concerning, MUBIT will be able to reach out to intervene, provide support and connect them with resources that can assist them. As such, MUBIT asks that the campus community report concerning “red flag” behaviors.
A “red flag” behavior is a questionable, concerning or inappropriate behavior that may be presented through someone’s appearance, spoken or written words, or specific actions. Examples of “red flag” behaviors include but are not limited to:
