Password Reset for Locked Accounts

If your Madonna email has been locked, the Enrollment Center is here to assist you.

In-person Assistance

Identity checks for password resets can be done in person in the Administration building on the Livonia campus Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the IT Help Desk in room 1724, or at the Enrollment Center in room 2003.

Remote Assistance

When you email your request, please provide your name, student ID, and a few dates and times when you will be available.

For immediate assistance, you can also call Help Desk at 734-432-5800 when you are at a computer and ready to do a Zoom meeting. They will start a Zoom right away if there is an available attendant, or they will schedule a time when an assistant is available for the Zoom call.

Important

We will ask to see your face and your government- or Madonna-issued picture ID to verify that it is you.

Once we verify your identity, we will send your password reset to IT and they will send your temporary password to your personal email address. They are working on them as quickly as possible.
