Make a difference in the lives of students!

The College of Education offers undergraduate and graduate programs that develop professional, highly effective teachers who are passionate about their students, schools, and teaching. Our teacher candidates gain pedagogical skills and specific content-area knowledge through challenging academic course work and extensive hands-on field experience.

Our students receive personalized academic advising, carefully planned instruction, and consistent modeling of current best practices for teaching. Clinical field experiences are part of instruction throughout our professional education courses, culminating in a capstone student teaching experience.
