This FAQ page addresses common questions students and faculty have regarding registration, transcripts, and academic records. We've compiled these answers to provide quick and easy access to essential Registrar's Office information.
Sign into MY Portal to view any holds
Registration: Holds prevent students from registering or adding courses, regardless of the hold. Contact the issuing department issuing for a resolution before attempting to register for classes.
Diploma: Only holds related to financial debt prevent us from releasing a diploma. Contact Student Financial Services (sfs@madonna.edu) to resolve the hold.
Official grades are available online through your MY Portal account.

Watch your MU email account. Within 1-3 weeks after the end of the semester, you will receive a notice from our diploma vendor, Parchment, that your diploma is ready. Parchment will ask you to confirm your mailing address and keep you informed of the estimated delivery time.
