LIVONIA, MICH. – Last week, Mark S. Lee, adjunct business faculty member, entrepreneur, media contributor, and professional speaker, presented at the Livonia Chamber of Commerce Diversity and Inclusion Experience. The topic of his presentation was Building an Authentic Workplace. His presentation was followed by a discussion with Fox 2 Detroit's Roop Raj. The dialogue addressed the importance of recognizing our implicit biases so we can create a workplace where we can express our authentic selves. Lee encouraged sharpening our listening skills to respect others and their authentic selves. All of which will lead to a productive work environment for all.
