• Felix & Clare Halls contain double and single rooms. The two halls have the same floor plans. Floors typically contain a male and female wing.
• Bedrooms are fully furnished, including a bed frame, twin XL mattress, desk, desk chair, nightstand, closet, and dresser.
• Each wing contains four semi-private bathrooms. These full bathrooms are private in nature but shared between residents of the same gender. Our housekeeping staff clean these bathrooms. 
• Each floor includes a common area, which has a couch, love seat, two end tables, coffee table, entertainment stand, flat screen TV and cable.
• Each floor contains a kitchen, which includes a full-size stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, sink, bar top, and barstools.
• All students residing on campus must purchase a meal plan.
• WiFi access is included in each bedroom and common space.
• Cable tv access is included in each bedroom and living room, which includes over 50 channels.
• Laundry rooms are conveniently located on each floor of the building. Laundry machines are free for on campus residents.
• Keyless entry card readers allow students to the building, gender-assigned hallways and their respective rooms.
• Study lounges are on the second and third floor and contain couches and tables for a quiet study space.
