Considering Transferring?

Our 2025 application opened August 1, 2024. Students are encouraged to apply by August 5, 2025 for the Fall 2025 semester to guarantee time to register for classes and obtain course materials before the semester begins. Applications are reviewed once all materials are submitted. Students usually receive an admissions decision within two weeks.  

To apply for transfer admission to Madonna University, we recommend meeting these criteria:

• GPA: A cumulative college/ university GPA of 2.0 or higher
• Academic Standing: Be in good academic standing at your previous institutions. Even if your application doesn't perfectly align with our usual standards, we may still be able to offer you the opportunity to join us through provisional admission if we see your potential. 

Required Documents:

1. Complete the online application for undergraduate admissions
2. Provide official transcripts from all colleges/ universities attended, including a final transcript after grades are posted if currently attending. 
3. Submit AP test scores and/ or ACE or military transcripts if applicable
4. If you have earned fewer than 12 college credits, provide your official high school transcript. 

Important Note: If you indicated on your application or FAFSA that you have not earned a high school diploma or equivalent, you will need to provide proof of completion before being considered for admission or financial aid.
