There are eight parking lots available on Madonna University's campus, all within reasonable walking distance from scheduled courses and events.
Parking Violations: Madonna University Department of Public Safety will issue a warning citation to vehicles not parked in a designated parking space marked by two yellow lines or to vehicles parked in reserved parking areas without the appropriate permit (handicap space or authorized parking). Vehicles parked in fire lanes, on the grass or in building entrances will also be issued violations. The warning citation issued is recorded and a list is maintained by the Department. Any vehicle committing a second violation (or any violation thereafter) will be issued a bright orange sticker (firmly adhered to a side window). The Madonna University Department of Public Safety and the Livonia Police Department enforce all parking regulations.
Sexual Assault Policy
Each semester in the Residence Hall and/or Academic Building, an information program on rape awareness will be held and is open to all students. In the event of a sexual assault, the victim or witness is to contact Public Safety at 734-432-5442 or call 911 immediately. Assistance will be provided the victim. The victim has a right to report the assault to local civil or criminal authorities. The victim will also be referred to the Office of Student Life which will provide assistance and counseling. A more detailed description of University policy is available in the Student Life Office.
Alcohol and Drug Policy
Students are prohibited from using narcotics, drugs and alcoholic beverages on campus. Madonna University recognizes its duty to uphold the laws of the State of Michigan.
