The Management and Marketing Department includes teaching and research related to business administration, marketing, human resource management, health care management, international business, merchandising management, and hospitality and tourism management. Each course is designed to focus on an aspect of business organizations to plan and carry out the business function within the scope of the organization to benefit the customer and the organization. This department offers courses designed to prepare those who plan to become involved in for-profit organizations as well as not-for profit entities and those seeking admission to graduate schools.
Students can expect to receive insight into various aspects of organizations and learn skills and competencies needed to responsibly provide leadership in today’s organizations. Further, a focus on sustainable business practices, entrepreneurial spirit and respectful use of resources for small, medium or large organizations.
